Design Brief

This custom-built driveway gate project in Burton-in-Kendal, Cumbria, was designed and constructed entirely from scratch to meet the client’s need for privacy, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Built using pressure-treated timber, the gates feature a strong mortice and tenon framework with vertical cladding for the lower panels and an open-top section with evenly spaced uprights for visibility and light flow. Galvanised steel fittings and secure bolt mechanisms were used for longevity and reliable function.
